A sales associate with the Downtown Sarasota office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Molly Laramie has a broad range of experience in real estate and customer service. Having lived in the area for nearly a decade, she is very familiar with areas in Sarasota and Manatee counties, including a wide variety of fast-growing new construction communities.
Molly gives each of her customers the real estate experience she would want to have if she was in their shoes. Buying or selling a property is one of the biggest decisions many people will make in their lives, and she strives to provide the highest quality of service and in-depth information so her customers can be confident in their choices.
Throughout her life, Molly has held many jobs in the customer service industry. A native of Fairfield, Connecticut, she earned a bachelor's degree in business and resort tourism and was employed for several years by Hilton Hotels & Resorts in the vacation town of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Molly began her real estate career shortly after she relocated to Florida in 2015, working for a national brokerage as the director of agent service. Training and recruiting new sales associates gave Molly first-hand experience and an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to be a successful REALTOR® and run a successful brokerage. Learning the trade from some of the highest-producing advisors at her previous firm, Molly began actively selling real estate on a full-time basis. She quickly became one of the top producers herself in the brokerage's luxury division and was featured in SRQ Magazine.
As a full-time real estate advisor, Molly makes it her mission to keep herself apprised of the newest communities, market trends, and industry guidelines. She prides herself on creating a positive, stress-free experience for her buyers and sellers. Her customers' best interests are a top priority for Molly, and that includes thinking outside the box whenever necessary to get the desired outcome. Molly is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee and is a designated Seller Representative Specialist and Accredited Buyer's Representative.
When she's not working with customers, Molly is typically hanging out with her three German Shepherds, swimming, hiking along nature trails, playing at a local dog park, or visiting one of the area's many dog-friendly beaches and outdoor restaurants. She is very involved with animal rescue organizations, especially those that rehome dogs. Molly also enjoys attending various events in downtown Sarasota, watching the sunset from the gorgeous rooftops of the bayfront's hotels, and attending shows at McCurdy's Comedy Theatre.
